Craig Collins, Chief Executive Officer – Craig Collins, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at LOGIX Fiber Networks, is a seasoned corporate transformational leader across technology and telecommunications with a 25-year record of improving operations, launching innovative new products, establishing strong cultures and building high-performance teams to drive revenue growth.
Most recently, he was a senior executive at Transit Wireless, a 5G wireless infrastructure company. Previously he served in C-level roles where he oversaw teams of more than 2,000 employees and multi-billion-dollar P&L’s at Intermedia Communications, XO Communications and Time Warner Cable. He has also served in executive roles at SunGard Availability Services, Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic) and Kaplan University.
Mr. Collins currently serves as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of Jarbly University and GroopView. He served as a co-chair of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM), a board member of The National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and as a senior leader and Executive Sponsor of the Time Warner Cable and Transit Wireless Executive Diversity Committees.
Mr. Collins received an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he currently serves as an advisor on the annual MBA Executive Challenge Committee. He holds a BS from Pennsylvania State University, where he was the captain of the basketball team and set a single season NCAA Division I free-throw percentage record of 95.9% that stood for 20 years. With a personal passion for youth education and sport, Mr. Collins works with NCAA student athletes to help them make the successful transition from athletic competition to advancement in the corporate world.
Mary Malsch, Chief Customer Officer – Mary has over 20 years of executive level experience in the telecommunications industry leading Call Center Operations, Customer Care, Program Management and Network Operations focus areas. Her background spans daily sales/network operations, strategic initiative implementation, process optimization and financial management. Her experience includes local, regional and national roles supporting both networks and employees across the US. She has a proven track record of leading teams through change and establishing and maintaining operational quality, and her experience has led her to be a decisive and results-oriented leader with strong analytical and team building skills. Mary places the high value on customer relationships and assuring that her people are focused on the customer experience. Mary has a proven record of accomplishment in transforming organizations and creating operational excellence while providing best-in-class service to customers. She brings a wealth of experience across many aspects of telecommunications. Mary has served in a range of leadership roles at Level 3, TW Telecom, and US West, building her expertise in areas including customer experience strategy, network, and customer operations, call center operations and process improvement. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University.
Scott Brueggeman, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer – Scott has more than 20 years of leadership experience in telecom, data center, Internet, and financial services. He has built scalable foundations that delivered immediate and long-term results within a variety of operating environments, including startups, IPOs, and Fortune 100s. Prior to LOGIX Fiber, he was Chief Operating Officer at Citadel DC, a national provider of IT, connectivity, and data center solutions. Previously, he led global marketing, product, and inside sales for CyrusOne, an $8 billion market cap REIT that IPO’d and more than tripled its revenue growth during his 5-year tenure. Before CyrusOne, he directed marketing at CoreLink Data Centers (since acquired by Zayo), PEAK6 Investments located at the Chicago Board of Trade, CareerBuilder, and AT&T. Scott holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He resides in Austin.
