Chief Executive Officer
Dave was previously chief operating officer of New Wave Communications and was COO and part of the founding team at Atlantic Broadband. He has more than 35 years of experience working in central operating management positions in the Cable and Telecommunications sector, including several private equity-backed companies.
During the past five years, Dave has helped create more than $100 million in equity value for investors, and he has successfully managed over 500 employees and 300,000 customers across seven states while more than doubling Average Revenue Per Customer.
Dave has a proven track record of growth including increasing commercial sales revenues by 35% and increasing EBIDTA 8-10% for five consecutive years.
His exceptional operational expertise across all aspects of the business and his attention to corporate cultures has provided the foundation for successful growth and mergers.
Dave holds a BA in English from Colby College and an MA in writing and communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Richard has recently joined Logix Communications as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer.
Joining LOGIX as chief strategy and marketing officer, Rosmarin has over 25 years of experience in the Cable/Fiber and Media industries and has held senior executive positions at large enterprises including Cablevision and Charter. Most recently Rosmarin was managing director at inCode Consulting, a strategy consulting firm owned by Ericsson, where he also served as CMO and co-lead of their Cable and Private Equity Practices. Rosmarin has worked with Astra Capital, LOGIX’s private equity partner, during the past three years on all of their M&A activities in the Cable/Fiber sector.
He has successfully managed and advised on numerous M&A transactions in the past three years resulting in more than $1 billion in acquisitions. Rosmarin also led the development of strategic growth plans for several private-equity owned client companies. He also helped lead several corporate turnarounds, creating over $1 billion in enterprise value.
Richard holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and attended the Executive Management program at Babson University.
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick began his career in Houston working in the economic and financial consulting group at Arthur Andersen, where he led teams of consultants helping clients solve complex business and analytical problems, generally in a litigation or dispute setting. After Andersen, Patrick spent over ten years at Daniels and Associates and RBC Capital Markets as an investment banker to communications and technology companies. In this capacity, Patrick led transactions across a number of different telecom and media verticals, including: Internet infrastructure (data centers, managed hosting, managed services, cloud service providers, ISPs), cable television, Internet media (job boards, city guides, online travel, coupons, and message boards), and other telecom services.
Immediately prior to joining Logix, Patrick was providing business and financial consulting services to data center and hosting companies and advised a number of financial and strategic investors interested in that space. Patrick was also the CFO and held corporate development roles for CentriLogic, a data center and hosting company based in Toronto with operations in Canada and the eastern U.S.
Patrick earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Chief Technology Officer
Shane joined LOGIX as CTO, in June 2017 with Astra capital’s acquisition. He is responsible for oversight and management of LOGIX’s Network and IT systems delivering voice and data services.
Shane has over 15+ years of experience in the telecommunications and cable industries, with extensive knowledge in operations and engineering. Before joining LOGIX’s, Shane was responsible for network engineering and services at both Grande Communications and Atlantic Broadband, operating their voice, video and data networks.
He is telecommunications operations executive with a track record of starting up new operations, turning around underperforming operations, and increasing year-over-year revenue. Skilled delivering complex projects on time and within budget; he promotes a collaborative and adaptable environment which can rapidly respond to changing market demands.
Shane has attended the executive management program at Sloan School of Business and has been published in telecommunications trade magazines.
Chief Customer Officer
Mary has over 20 years of executive level experience in the telecommunications industry leading Call Center Operations, Customer Care, Program Management and Network Operations focus areas. Her background spans daily sales/network operations, strategic initiative implementation, process optimization and financial management. Her experience includes local, regional and national roles supporting both networks and employees across the US.
She has a proven track record of leading teams through change and establishing and maintaining operational quality, and her experience has led her to be a decisive and results-oriented leader with strong analytical and team building skills. Mary places the high value on customer relationships and assuring that her people are focused on the customer experience.
Mary has a proven record of accomplishment in transforming organizations and creating operational excellence while providing best-in-class service to customers. She brings a wealth of experience across many aspects of telecommunications. Mary has served in a range of leadership roles at Level 3, TW telecom, and US West, building her expertise in areas including customer experience strategy, network, and customer operations, call center operations and process improvement.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Will joined LOGIX Fiber Networks in June 2016 with the Astra Capital Partners acquisition.
He has 20 years’ experience in sales and operational management with full P&L responsibility, primarily in the TX markets, with primary focus on enterprise customer sales. Will was VP/GM with tw telecom in Dallas where he grew the P&L from the fourth-largest to the second-largest market during his tenure.
Throughout his career, Will has successfully built high energy, high performing sales organizations. He has successfully developed and managed overall sales and service strategies in alignment with corporate initiatives. He has developed and deployed multiple sales channel strategies including indirect, wholesale, enterprise and remote direct sales resulting in triple digit performance.
Prior to his telecom career, Will served in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer, achieving the rank of Captain. He was a Blackhawk helicopter pilot, Company Commander, Instructor and Staff Officer.
Will has extensive leadership experience with groups of all sizes and people of diverse backgrounds.
Chief Administrative Officer
Stephen began his career as a litigator at McGinnis Lochridge in Austin, handling business disputes, employment matters and oil and gas issues. He then worked as a corporate and securities lawyer in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, focusing on venture capital financings, IPOs, and general corporate matters.
His corporate experience includes Schlotzsky’s, Inc., where he initially focused on corporate governance, SOX compliance and securities matters for the publicly traded company. Stephen worked with Roark Capital, the private equity owner of Focus Brands, on integrating the Schlotzsky’s employees into the larger company.
Shortly before joining Logix, Stephen was the General Counsel and Director of Finance for EYE Corp., an out-of-home advertising company based in Sydney with operations in Australia, the US, the UK, Singapore, New Zealand and Indonesia. Stephen managed various real estate matters for EYE, as well as litigation and various other corporate transactions.
Stephen Erickson serves as our Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel, overseeing legal and regulatory matters, the human resources department and real estate leases and facilities.
Stephen graduated with a degree in English with a concentration in American Studies from the University of Virginia, and from Duke University School of Law. He is based in the Logix Austin office.
