LOGIX Communications is committed to the continued support of our customers during Hurricane Harvey. This weather event is affecting a large portion of the region, we are closely monitoring the situation and want all our customers to be aware that hold times and our ability to respond may be affected. We will continue to coordinate any restoration efforts with local power utilities and building management. Our teams will be dispatched to any network outage locations when conditions are safe for our employees. We have already taken the following actions to minimize any adverse effects this event will have on our customers:
- Mission-essential personnel are in place and ready to address customer and network needs
- Emergency staffing plans have been activated to ensure 24/7 coverage of customer and network needs
- Generators re-fueled with additional fuel on standby to ensure critical infrastructure remains operational
- Our secondary NOC in Oklahoma City is on standby, and preparations are underway for that site to assume full operational capability if necessary
