Greg O’Connor
Chief Executive Officer
Greg O’Connor serves as Chief Executive Officer of Logix Fiber Networks, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wireline, wireless, and fiber infrastructure. He joined Logix with a proven track record of operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic growth in highly competitive markets.
Prior to joining Logix, Greg held senior executive roles at top-tier telecom companies. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Cogent Communications, where he led the successful integration of T-Mobile’s wireline assets, having previously served as General Manager and Vice President of Wireline at T-Mobile. Earlier in his career, Greg held leadership positions at Sprint and Ericsson, where he oversaw complex wireless and wireline network development, engineering, and deployment for global Tier 1 network operators.
He holds degrees from Southern Connecticut State University and Syracuse.

Chris Bach serves as Chief Financial Officer of Logix Fiber Networks, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and investment execution. With more than 15 years of experience across telecommunications, infrastructure, and financial services, Chris brings a proven ability to scale network businesses and unlock long-term value through disciplined capital deployment.
Prior to joining Logix, Chris served as CFO at LiveOak Fiber. He previously held financial leadership roles at Bluebird Network and Ubiquity Management/OneSource Communications, supporting growth initiatives across fiber infrastructure, real estate, and telecommunications. His diverse background also includes experience in investment banking and government administration, providing him with a broad perspective on business operations, capital markets, and strategic growth opportunities.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University.

Jim Hintze serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Logix Fiber Networks, where he leads all aspects of the company’s revenue strategy, including sales, marketing, and customer success. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, Jim has a proven track record of driving growth, leading high-performance teams, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Since joining Logix in 2021, Jim has been instrumental in transforming the company’s go-to-market approach, expanding its enterprise and wholesale presence, and delivering consistent revenue growth. Prior to Logix, Jim held senior leadership roles at Nokia, Fujitsu and Frontier Internet.
He is a graduate of University of Colorado – Boulder and the Stanford Executive Program, where he focused on strategic leadership and innovation.

Jeff Danielson is Chief Operating Officer at Logix Fiber Networks, where he oversees business operations, IT, procurement, and customer experience across the company. With more than 20 years of executive experience in the telecom industry, Jeff brings deep expertise in network architecture, engineering, and capital deployment.
Before joining Logix, Jeff served as Executive Director of Core Network Engineering at Comcast, where he led the planning and operation of the company’s backbone fiber infrastructure. He previously held leadership roles at Cogent Communications and T-Mobile, where he was instrumental in the integration of T-Mobile’s wireline business post-acquisition and the optimization of global fiber assets. Earlier in his career, Jeff held senior roles at Sprint and Ericsson, overseeing major network investments, transformation initiatives, and infrastructure modernization.
Jeff earned his degree from the University of Virginia.
